At Integrative Creative Therapy, we go beyond traditional talk therapy by engaging you cognitively, somatically, emotionally, and creatively. Our role isn’t to fix you, but to help you unburden past pain, expand your emotional capacity, and connect to your healthy core (the Self-Energy) for a more authentic life.

We believe creative expression is the portal to your inner world. Through music, art, movement, and other creative modalities, we help you explore and heal in ways that can be both liberating and enlightening. This approach is particularly powerful for teens, children, and individuals who find traditional therapy limiting, as it bypasses the constraints of verbal communication to access deep healing.

With over 20 years of combined experience, we provide trauma and neurodivergence-informed care using evidence-based approaches like EMDR, IFS, somatic work, and Creative Arts Therapy. $200/55 min individual session
*We do offer limited spots for sliding scales.

Therapy sessions for children are $175/45 min. *The fee for home visits might vary depending on the distance the therapist has to travel.

Like most specialists, we do not work with insurance companies to protect your privacy and ensure the highest quality of service. Insurance companies often impose limitations on the number of sessions, dictate treatment methods, and require specific diagnoses, which can hinder our ability to provide individualized care. Additionally, we want to maintain confidentiality and minimize potential stigma, as insurance claims can sometimes require sharing sensitive information. By working outside the insurance system, we can offer flexible treatment options tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring a more supportive and focused therapeutic experience. We also encourage clients to explore out-of-network reimbursement options, providing them with the necessary documentation to help facilitate that process.

Many clients pay 20-60% of the rate with OON reimbursement.

When contacting your provider, be sure to ask the following questions:

  • Do you recognize LCAT license (Licensed Creative Arts Therapist)?

We partner with Thrizer to help you utilize your out-of-network benefit and get reimbursed quicker. Just provide a photo of your coverage and submit the claims for you.

We strive to provide exceptional care while respecting the time of both our clients and therapists. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 48 hours notice. You can contact your therapist directly or call us. Appointments that are canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to the full session fee. We understand that life can throw curveballs, and we’re willing to review individual cases where the fee might be waived.

  • You experienced a trauma.
  • You would like help working through difficult relationships or family dynamics.
  • You grew up in a dysfunctional family, and it’s impacting your relationship with yourself and others now.
  • You have a shorter fuse than usual, and it’s impacting your work, life, and relationships.
  • You are expecting or going through a major life transition.
  • You are tired of others giving you advice or changing the subjects back to themselves. You just want an unbiased, confidential person to talk to.
  • You notice there are negative self-beliefs and/or self-sabotaging behaviors that impede you from achieving your goals.
  • You seem to be repeating patterns that may not be supporting you in the life you want.
  • You have unexplained physical pains, chronic migraine, TMJ, or digestive issues with no direct medical cause.
  • You have trouble quieting your thoughts.
  • You are in a toxic work environment or relationship and constantly feel bad or stressed out.
  • You feel overwhelmed and scattered-minded and can’t get anything done.
  • You don’t feel 100%. Something just feels off.
