Our mission is to offer a trauma-informed, creative, and mind-body approach that empowers you to reconnect with your authentic self, navigate emotional challenges, and live in alignment with your values and goals. By integrating EMDR, IFS, somatic practices, and creative arts therapy, we support you in releasing what has been holding you back so you can access your inner wisdom and move forward as the fullest version of yourself.

Approach & Philosophy

We view therapy as a collaborative journey where creativity, somatic awareness, and evidence-based practices guide you toward self-discovery and healing. Our approach is relational, client-centered, and embodied, integrating EMDR, somatic CBT, creative arts, music therapy, and IFS to work with the whole person and meet each client’s unique needs.

Community Causes

We are committed to advocating for mental health awareness, creative arts therapy, and trauma healing, with a focus on preventing the intergenerational transmission of trauma. We hope to bring the transformative power of expressive arts to communities, fostering mindful and authentic living—especially within Chinese-speaking communities. Our work also includes providing education, resources, and support to promote mental wellness. Beyond mental health, we are deeply passionate about alleviating suffering and hunger among children in Gaza, and we donate a portion of the earnings every month to World Central Kitchen to support this cause.

With over 20 years of combined experience, we provide trauma and neurodivergence-informed care using evidence-based approaches like EMDR, IFS, somatic work, and Creative Arts Therapy. Our practice is built on the understanding that everyone has the innate ability to heal when they feel safe, seen, and accepted.
