We also offer music therapy to individuals who find verbal therapy limiting and are looking to a more creative and neurodivergent-affirming approaches.

Yes! We offer EMDR therapy online across New York State and provide other online therapy services for individuals in Texas.

Our creative therapy services are great for children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, and other emotional challenges. No artistic or musical experience is required!

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured therapy that helps process and heal from traumatic memories, anxiety, and emotional distress. It’s an evidence-based approach that can create lasting change.

Yes! We offer child therapy (ages 4+), teen therapy, and group therapy. Our approach is neurodivergence-informed and tailored to meet the unique emotional and developmental needs of young clients.

We support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, ADHD, autism, attachment issues, postpartum depression, caregiver stress, and more.

We are an out-of-network provider and can help you with filing claims to get reimbursement.

We collaborate with the Loveland Foundation, which provides financial assistance to Black women and nonbinary individuals, seeking therapy. We also collaborate with Lotus Therapy Fund, which pays for 8 therapy sessions for Asian Americans.
